Refund Policy
The short version: yearly and semi-annual plans come with a 7-day, no-questions-asked full refund. Everything else on this page is detail.

2. The 7-day no-questions-asked window
- Applies to yearly and semi-annual plans. Within 7 days of the charge you can request a full refund — no explanation needed.
- When the refund is processed, the subscription is deactivated right away. You can subscribe again at any time.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the money.
3. Quarterly plans, and after the window
- Quarterly plans are non-refundable after purchase. The quarterly period exists as the low-commitment option — pick it when you don't want the longer plan.
- Yearly and semi-annual plans past their 7-day window are non-refundable as well.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time — cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
The 7-day window exists so you can try a full plan risk-free. If something is technically broken for you, that's a support issue, not a sales one — write to us regardless of when you bought.
4. AI point packs
- Points are consumable: once any points from a pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable.
- An unused pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
5. Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime by writing to [email protected] — cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Charged for a renewal you meant to cancel? Email us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll make it right.
6. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from your purchase email address — include your order ID if you have it (it's in your receipt email).
- Or use the customer portal linked in your receipt email.
- We process requests within 5 business days; after that, banks typically need 5–10 business days to show the money.
7. Abuse and statutory rights
- We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (for example, repeated purchase–refund cycles) as permitted by the Terms of Service.
- Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived — for example, EU/UK withdrawal rights where they apply to you.
